20/20 Referrals is a tool provided to medical practices, so that they may communicate via email with their patients to ask for referrals.

Information including your name, email address, and treatment date are collected by the medical practice, and entered into our system. You are sent one or more referral requests by the practice, through the 20/20 Referrals system. Should you choose to do so, you can submit information about friends and family you’d like to refer to the medical practice.

The medical practice is the sole owner of the information entered into, or collected on this site. Both the medical practice and 20/20 Referrals only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
